Monday Mod: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion – Reclaiming Sancre Tor

The four day wait for Skyrim feels like an eternity now. To make this wait go by a bit easier, our Monday Mod focuses on an epic journey that starts off at the end of Oblivion’s storyline. As the Champion of Cyrodiil begins to settle down, a messenger brings news of Blade Captain Steffan needing the Champion back at Cloud Ruler Temple to help escort a group of holy men to Sancre Tor.

This gigantic modification features five world spaces for players to explore and six dungeons to crawl. The main storyline features a dark/light decision system that will affect the outcome of journey which ends up providing a large amount of replay value. Collect the new weaponry and five armor sets based on the Blades lore. Finishing this mod and all of its content will take over 40 hours, making it the perfect choice to kill time until Skyrim.

    Great mod, but…

Oblivion -> Minecraft -> Source -> Oblivion -> Minecraft -> Source… where are Quake series, Battlefield, Unreal, Dragon Age, Doom, Gears of War, Morrowind, Dawn of War, Company of Heroes, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Killing Floor, Just Cause, GTA, Crysis, Far Cry and hundreds of other games? I know I can search mods on MODDB (as I do), but it would be nice to read about something else more than twice a year.

I mentioned that in their mod post for Minecraft. They don’t seem to care and are still just posting in that cycle though.
