Three weeks and 1 day are all that remains between Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the fans eagerly waiting to play it. With all the hype, it’s very hard to pass the time without daydreaming of Adam Jensen hitting on prostitutes. Playing the original may ease the wait, but it isn’t easy on the eyes. The New Vision mod made by DaveW gives the dark world a bit more flair.
New Vision mod enhances all the textures used in the environments and then some, including an updated OpenGL renderer along with being compatible with every single player modification available. Throw in Direct3D 10 support and you are able to enjoy these great graphics even in multiplayer. It’s still in beta and being updated constantly, so keep an eye on it (until Human Revolution is released anyway).
Is this the new version or the same old beta that has been around for two years (which is still awesome)?
Because it’s the same size as the old one and there is no mention of a new release on their forums.

It also reminds me of JANE EYRE, as the two books both have young, not conventionally heroines who are alone and fall in love with older mysterious wealthy men. And of course both novels have beautiful dark women from the men’s past who threaten to ruin the heroines’ happiness. The hero’s are both hurt by their horrid first wives.
