Planting Minecraft Seeds

Minecraft v1.5 has released, but before you pick up your achievement for planting a pumpkin patch in the Nether, be sure to craft that perfect world for you to explore in! That’s right, we’re talking about seeds. Insert these into the game’s world generator and get some truly unique things to behold.

Seed Name – Solarflare : We’re starting you off easy, Solarflare is a lush world lots of good resources with some scenic sites. I even felt I got exploded by a creeper half as often as normal Minecraft.

Seed Name – World of Warcraft : This has one unique feature, an exposed pit of FIRE AND WOLVES. Yes folks, your dreams of riding a feral wolf while the forest burns around you can now be achieved.

Seed Name – IGN : A snowy landscape of perfection and cows, this seed has absolutely no correlation to IGN at all. Nope, none. Can’t think of a single witty thing to say. Stop reading, go try it.

Seed Name – Pepperoni Pizza : Just like real Pepperoni Pizza, this map is filled with mushrooms and fiery lava toppings. Most of it is desert, but there are some amazing tucked away areas perfect for a home.

Seed Name – Anthocoris Nemorum : The start of this seed seems incredibly plain, but as you see below there is some beauty if you can locate a few key areas. I didn’t find them, Saix insisted he did. Can you?

P.S. If you have an awesome seed, share it with us below. Who knows, we may just steal your idea for our “Planting Minecraft Seeds Part #2″. Stay creeper-free out there gents!
