A cube is a six sided three dimensional shape.  Before Portal the most popular cubes were the Rubik’s cube, the sugar cube and the bouillon cube.  Who would have thought that if you slapped a pink heart on the cube that one could actually find a companion that you didn’t have to inflate?  The Weighted Companion Cube is ideal because it doesn’t talk back to you and does whatever you tell it (unlike some moody bitch whose name rhymes with GLaDOS).

Oh no! I blew my Star Wars wad too soon. Â Too bad. Â This mod lets you get yourself a companion cube in Knights of the Old Republic. Â It actually does talk to you so it is more of a companion than the other mods above which are more like your other imaginary friends sans all the work on your part to get them to hate you. Â This cube is already a total ass so be warned of the advice it gives.

To the dismay of tree loving hippies across the planet Paper Craft is becoming the rage these days.  The reality is that the promotion of paper craft is actually an intricate conspiracy by companies who make printers to justify still manufacturing them.  Either way it is always a fun little project for those of us who like to get hands on with our gaming fun.  This pack of cubes will give you an early start on Christmas Ornaments, Mothers Day gifts and of course Valentines presents. (If you do not have a Valentine it is best to go with the back-up plan and warm a watermelon in the oven slowly at 200 degrees for 15 minutes)

I know what you mean Ferret. I wouldn’t mind one of these Cubes keeping me company during my trek through the Unitology church. It would really lift all the moody, oppressive atmosphere of that place.
I sure hope the weighted companion cube is in Home Front. When killing evil future Koreans it might be nice to have something to go home to that still feels normal.
The companion cutouts are fun. I found one awhile back.
Printed and cutout couple of these cubes. Also found blue prints for a crochet cube ( yarn ) that seemed interesting.
